Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Dr. Robert Cosgrove,
the anesthesiologist? Does he have an e-mail address? I guess he's somehow
involved with "mind machines." He is referenced in the book _Megabrain Power_
as having done work with "light/sound mind machines" (circa 1988) for
"deep relaxation" before and after surgery. Please respond via private e-mail.
