Postdoctoral Research Associate Position available for
three years beginning after July 1, 1995 to study the
action of anesthetic agents on the biophysical properties
and regulation of voltage-gated channels. Experimental
efforts will include patch-clamp measurements from isolated
neurons and immortalized cells and voltage-clamp
measurements from cloned channels in Xenopus oocytes.

Previous experience in electrophysiology, biophysics, or
molecular biology are preferred. Qualifications include
