Electrode Implant for use in Humans

   Hello: 

     We are interested in acquiring an array of 35-40 electrodes for
implant in the human globus pallidus and neighboring structures.  The
other specs are: inter-electrode separation 100 um and electrode diameter
< 500 um; platinum-irridium; reusable; gas sterilizable; about $300/array.

     A key criteria is that it should be approved for use in humans in 
the US. 

     If you know of anyone who sells or makes such an implant, I would 
greatly appreciate hearing about it.
