I am a junior neuroscience major/chemistry minor at Oberlin College,
and I am searching for summer work which will broaden both my knowledge
and my skills. I am intelligent, self-directed, and have a puritanical
work ethic. Unfortunately, I have no research experience outside of
college laboratory classes. I don't consider this experience insignificant:
I can perform a variety of surgeries, am familiar with common staining
techniques and a broad range of lab equipment, and my chemistry background
has provided me with a good background in designing and running experi-
ments. I have been employed in a broad range of positions, most of those
in the last few years have been managerial. I have a derth of references
both from former employers and professors. I am ready to learn and ready to
