	Many people who use such suppliments become depressed.
	This results from the relative lack of l-tryptophan in
	the amino acid supplements.  Eating a balanced diet and
	avoiding the supplements is usually all that is needed
	to improve the situation.  Antidepressants are sometimes
	necessary.
