I don't know of any off of the top of my head, but try looking in
Peterson's Guide to Graduate Programs, Biological Sciences edition, 1995.
Any good library will have this on hand, and it's also sold at bookstores.
Also, this guide is available on CD-ROM, as well as a searchable database
available through DIALOG database services.
