There has been work, in fact I've done a little on the subject, 
concerning the isomeric conversion of certain NSAIDs in the brain.  The 
one's which I used were flurbiprofen and ketoprofen.  Whether or not 
they actually enter at the level of the brain or spinal cord is another 
question.
