Just read an article on this very topic in, I think, Newsweek. Study
compared not MRI but PET scans of men and women engaged in math and
verbal SAT problems and found that different areas of the brain engage
in problem solving, depending on the skills of the individual user
and the gender of that user. Interesting, but not very definitive.
