 Dear Colleague:

 In the upcoming the upcoming Artificial Neural Networks in Engineering
(ANNIE'95) Conference to be held in St Louis, Missouri, November
12-15, 1995, a track on EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES IN MEDICINE AND
 BIOLOGY will be organized.

 This new track will include five special sessions

 1. Time-Frequency and Wavelet Transforms in MEDICINE and BIOLOGY.
 2. Fuzzy Logic in MEDICINE and BIOLOGY.
 3. Neural Networks in MEDICINE and BIOLOGY.
 4. Virtual Realty in MEDICINE and BIOLOGY.
 5. Chaos and Fractals in MEDICINE and BIOLOGY.

 I am pleased to invite you to submit a paper for this track. If you are 
interested, please forward your abstract to me by e-mail as soon as possible.
The deadline for the full paper submission is May 19, 1995.

I hope you will be able to join us in what promises to be an exciting 
meeting discussing the recent advances in Biomedical Engineering Research.
