Landau-Kleffner syndrome

I'm trying to get some information regarding Landau-Kleffner syndrome.  Is ther
e anyone on the West Coast of the US (between Los Angeles and San Francisco) wh
o sees/diagnoses/treats these patients?  This is a potentially difficult case b
ecause the child was preterm, low birth weight, and spent his first 6 months in
 NICU, so there may be other factors...  Initial signs of aphasia apparently sh
owed up at about age 3.
