Sensitive, small-volume glucose assays?

I'm looking to measure concentrations of glucose in the
0.1 - 3 mM range, with a sample size (before any dilution) of
~10ul. Other than setting up a ferrocene electrochemical
detection assay (Fillenz, Boutelle et al. type), do folks have
recommendations for quantification methods to look at? I
guess that it will have to be enzymatic to ensure the
specificity given that the samples will be taken in vivo.

[One recommendation I have received is to use an NADPH
fluorometric method - if you have a reference/details on this,
they would also be useful. The original assay I tried, based
on the Sigma oxidase/peroxidase kit, won't go below 3mM.]

	Thanks all.
