I'm would like to detect bcl-2, bax, p53, Fas and Ras protein and RNA
by western and northern blotting
Antibodies I use for bcl-2 are polyclonal, p53 monoclonal (Boehringer),
bax monoclonal (Tebu) and Fas from transduction laboratories. I need a protocol
for each one.
I need also sequence for probe for each one for Northern Detection and
primers sequences for RT-PCR detection
The cells used are PC12
