Some things are ment to be.  It will pas.  But it wil take time.  I know that
you don't want to hear that now but I know it to be true.  There is still a
future but it is just a different future then you had in mind.

Thrombose of the cavernous sinus results from direct spread of infection
along the venous channels of the orbit and face. It is often secundary to
orbitaL cellulitis or a pyogenic skin infection in the central region of
the face; rarely it is due to metatstaic spread from other pyogenic foci.
Exophtlamos, papilledema, severe cerebral symptoms (headache, convulsions),
and a septic temperature curve are present. The prognosis is always grave.

Superior sagittal is the place where the thrombose was located.

Normal treatment:  Prompt intensive treatment with systemic antibiotics
appropriate to the causative organism, IV fluids, and bed rest.
