I am using a Rabies virus in my study and I need to
determine its virulence.
The most standard procedure for it seem to be the
plaque assay.
I have done some literature search on it and seem
that one would use a MDBK(?)...
I am totally nebie in this and wondering if
someone could provide an insight or a clue about
its procedure.
