I am a first year grad student at UCLA and working om a LOH study with
TSC2. In the next few weeks, I'll be working on primers associated with
this region. Has any one worked with these primers? What are the
optimal concentrations and temperature ranges to use during PCR
amplification. I would appreciate any input.
