Sensory ataxia implies incoordination due to a deficit in perceiving
where ones limbs/trunk/etc are positioned in space (opposed to a
primary cerebellar ataxia in which sensation is normal)
The causes and treatment depend on whether the sensation deficit is due
to the peripheral and/or central nervous sytem (sometimes psychological)
This would need to be assessed by a neurologist and diagnostic evaluation
pending their suspicion)
