We want to test antidepressive effect of a calcium channel blocker.
Behavior despair model( or called forced swimming test) is one of the
animal models testing antidepressive effects of drugs. In our study, the
weight of the animals(rats) and the size of the pool are different from
the original experiment. What I want to know are the influences of these
changes. Are these changes OK or not? Plese send me your answer by
