Hi, A friend of mine is moving to Coconut Creek Florida and doesn't have a neurologist out there. Does anyone know of a good doctor close by, either towards Boca Raton or Ft. Lauderdale? He presently sees a very caring doctor here in Michigan for his Myasthenia Gravis. Thank you. Rick.
