I would be grateful if anyone can tell me of a source for good anti-bodies to Beta-Gal for use in immunohistochemistry? I would also like to know if the product of Beta-Gal transgenes can move down the axon of motoneurons and reach the synapse? Thanks in advance Gary Coulton
