Does anyone know of a book / paper with a section on thin layer chromatography
trouble-shooting ? I've been trying for some time to visualise diacylglycerols
from synaptosomes (by TLC) with an abysmal lack of success. If anyone has tried
and succeeded I'd be very pleased to hear from them. Thank you.
