It seems that Molecular probes have stopped selling their
FITC-conjugated alpha-bungarotoxin, at least I cannot get them any more
in the UK. We need this and the TRITC conjugate to visualise
neuromuscular junctions by confocal microscopy.
Can anyone tell me of another good supplier or alternatively can you
provide me with a reliable (and hopefully straightforward) detailed
protocol for doing the FITC and TRITC conjugations ourselves?
