Try using PC12 cells (an adrenal chromaffin derived cell line) that
have been treated with NGF (25-50ng/mL media). These are known to
express TH and have been used in many studies of that enzyme. They are
available from many sources, probably even a nearby lab. BTW: PC12's
are from rats, so your antibody will need to recognize rat TH.
