I have two questions I'd appreciate answers to or help with:
1: How many molecules of 5-HT must bind to the 5-HT1B receptor to
activate it? I think the binding is first order; am I right? Any good
references?
2: How many binding sites for glutamate are there on the NMDA
receptor-channel? One? Or more?
