T current blockers

Everyone has trouble blocking T-currents.  The best thing we've found (and
not much use perhaps) is high concentrations (10 uM) of nifedipine (yes
thats what I meant to say!).  Thus, also be wary of studies that 'rule out'
L-currents with high dihydropyridine.
