How does reatlin works in relation to increasing dopamine level in brain?

        I know Bromocriptine stimulates D2 receptor sites in brain which 
and increase dopamine level, How does retalin or other drugs for ADDS
work to inhance dopamine level. Do they stimulate whole nerveos system
or a perticular receptor sites in brain like bromocriptine?.
