Hi all!!
I would appreciate any helpful hints/suggestions on how to
acutely dissociate hippocampal neurons from 17-21 day old
rats, particularly those of the dentate gyrus region. At the
moment I'm using papain and I would like to stick to this
enzyme for now. Neither slice nor whole hippocampal preps
gives sufficient and reliable numbers of cells.
