I also am a practicing physicist, so
I am much concerned with the Pythagoric-Parmenidean
tradition, that features physical generativity for num-
bering (just as a translocating point "generates" the
understanding of a curve, a translocating curve that
of a surface and a translocating surface that of a vo-
lume; but it takes the metaphor literally, as a kind of
physical begetting). Might you dwell upon your use of
the concept of cause -for a geometry causing a physical
effect on remote scales- in your posted notice?
