A few months ago, I posted a message to the newsgoup regarding a problem
that I was having with HPLC. I just wanted to write back and thank you
all for your comments and your suggestions. As it turns out, there is a
problem
with the injector. It has been retaining some of my sample and that's why
my peak heights were inconsistent. Thanks again for your help. Tina
