vibrometers

I'm looking for a device called a vibrometer, basically a calibrated
vibratory stimulator for threshold testing, frequently used in research
with diabetics.
(There are other devices by the same name, including laser Doppler
vibrometers, which measure various kinds of vibration. Those are not what
I need).

I have heard of several such stimulators: something called a C64
quantitative tuning fork; something called "Case 4"; "Vibratron II"; SMV5
Vibrometer from Suzuki and Matsuoka; but for none of these do I have the
manufacturer's name and address. Nicolet will have a vibratory option for
the Viking III/IV, but not yet. Ideally, I'm looking for something that's
available in the US, with a US or Internet address.

Does anyone know where to find one of these gadgets?

Thanks,
Jerry
