Dear Sirs,
This is an appeal to the Canadian, Singaporean, Swedish governments
and the general public to lend me assistance regarding the
rehabilitation care of my wife Penny Yeo Eidenert who is a citizen
of Singapore and who has a permanent residency in Sweden and full
health insurance protection here in Sweden. She is being held
against her will in Canada by her parents who have accused me of sex
crimes against her. She has not been getting appropriate
rehabilitation care for over 10 months and there is no one in charge
of her medical treatment. The initial period after a brain injury is
crucial for a recovery of her physical and mental condition. This

The situation is a direct violation of Rule 9 regarding Family life
and personal integrity of the United Nations Standard Rules on the
Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Adopted
by the United Nations General Assembly December 20, 1993. Since this
is not a resolution I have no recourse but to appeal directly to the
respective governments on this issue.
