Could someone point me towards the right programs avilable that one could
use to simulate Presynaptic Inhibition within a small network of say
10-15 cells via axo-axonic contacts and Branch-point Inhibitions. The
variable parameters should be synaptic weights, Axonal branching,
channels -K+, Na+, Ca++ & Cl-. Also should it be not to large needing a
large amount of memory to run the program.
