I am about to upgrade our image analysis software. I am discarding an
old 8-bit M8 and switching to a "consumer" capture module. Thus, I will
not be using a frame grabber. The OS is W95. The system is a P166, SCSI
everything, 64M RAM. Upgrading my current version of Optimus is much
more expensive than upgrading my old JAVA to Sigmascan Pro. Any
discussion regarding the merit of these two applications would be
