I have been using the TUNEL kit from Trevigen for apoptotic
labeling, and have not been getting very good results (if any at all.)
A different kit is on order from Promega. However, this is a new kit
which has been used mainly for cell cultures, and has not been tested
extensively in tissues.
I was wondering if anyone had done any apoptosis labeling in
tissues (specifically brain sections), and which method they had found
most successful.
