A lesion of the suprachiasmatic nucleus of the hypothalamus perhaps?
I dunno. Just thought I'd post something for the sake of it. I wonder if
it may have anything to do with amusia? ...or is that only concerned with
the appreciation of music specifically and not rhythm?
