I am doing comparative studies in my laboratory, using fluorescent
retrograde tracers. So far, I have employed Fluorogold and Rhodamine
Latex Microspheres. I am about to try Fast Blue. Any suggestions or
advice about other retrograde fluorescent tracers, keeping in mind that
we are looking for tracers that do not bleach out quickly when viewing
under the microscope. Thanks again.
