Hi,
I'm using as well fluorecent retrograde tracers. We used Fast-blue(FB)
which is a good one and Diamidino-Yellow(DY) which is as well very good
(nuclear specific). You should try it.
What do you mean with "do not bleach out quickly": how long do you want to
observe tour tissues? FB and DY can be keep for a long time at a low
temperature and be observed quite a long time under themicroscope.
