Inexpensive EEG biofeedback via PC?

I would like some suggestions on how I might be able to do EEG
biofeedback via PC without spending thousand's of dollars.

I want to do the 'standard' brainwave research AND be able to examine
hemispheric synchronization with the ability to save data points.
