As a med student I've been ask to resolve the following case:

32 years old female without past history of illness. The patient refer
"Headaches, worst at night. Shaking chills, fell hot at 12:00 pm. Weakness
during walking. When she cry her tears become like if they were
crystalize."

Physical Examination
Normal skin, hair, heart, reflex, motor system and an essential negative
neurological test.
	Vertigo
Breast are hot, she is not pregnant and present galactorrhea.

Questions:

	1) What pathology do the patient present?
	2) Why the tears are like crystals?
	3)Explain symptomatology.

I was thinking on a pituitary tumor but I can find a relationship between
this and the way the tears came out. I would appreciated any help on this.
