Wanted: neurochemist

In my article "PD caused by emotion inhibition" (sci.med.neuroscience) I
raised the question whether PD could be caused by rigid inhibition of
(anxiety triggered) emotions. The understanding of the neurochemical
process and the neurotransmitters involved may show if the defense
mechanism is suited to affect directly or indirectly the production of
dopamine and the degeneration of dopamine neurons.

It seems that with anxiety noradrenalin (NA) is involved which is supposed
to have an inhibiting effect on dopamin (DA). NA seems to be controlled by
serotonin (SE) which may play a role in the emotional process
(depression). The defense mechanism may have an effect on the emotional
process (reduction of SE which therefore fails to inhibit NA) so that a
surplus of NA is effective on dopamine (DA). On a long run such DA neurons
may degenerate due to the permanent inhibition by NA, by overreaction, by
auto-oxydation or otherwise.

Other scenarios are possible and I am sure that there are specialists who
know more about. Who can help me to get more information about the
subject. Thanks in advance.
