Postdoc position for 3 years available at the Institute of
Neurophysiology, University of Düsseldorf, Germany.
Research interests: Development of the rat cerebral cortex,
athophysiology, plasticity.
Available techniques: conventional in vitro electrophysiological
techniques (ion-sensitive and sharp microelectrodes), patch-clamp from
visually identified cells (infrared video-microscopy).
Extra- and intracellular cell labelling (biocytin, Lucifer Yellow).
Immunocytochemistry.
Candidates should be experienced in at least one of the available
techniques or trained in molecularbiology to establish in situ
hybridization, PCR, etc. in the lab.
