Does anyone know of any programs which can be used to model the time
course of total synaptic current flowing through a group of independent
channels? I'm hoping to vary parameters like single-channel
conductance, channel open time, and open probability and look at the
effects on the ensemble current. Any help and/or hints are most
appreciated.
