I am interesting about the CD data of synaptobrevin
(VAMP) conformation. According to my results it is a
mixture of alfa-helix and beta-sheet, but there are
data, that recombinant synaptobrevin is in random
configuration. I'll highly appreciate if anybody who
have his own observations on this point could share it
with me.
