Try, JPJ Pinel (1997) Biopsychology 3rd Ed. Needham Heights, MA: Allyn and
Bacon. Found this textbook to be a pretty good base to start from as it
gives a reasonable overview of hippocampal function. Also, the references
are pretty good if you want to take things further.
