Evolution is adaptation to the environment by survival of organism in terms
of success in reproduction. Stimuli effect an organism. Inhibition is an
effort to adapt or habituate to stimulation. Inhibition is an immulogical
response. The opponent reaction to inhibition to excitatory. Excitatory
wins out as has significant advantages in exploiting the environment.
