I don't accept this.

Even in 1991 there were more atheists than that living in Canada.

55% according to the stats you posted support the 'equal rights'. I put
that in quotes because they're truly not equal in any respect. And marriage
is an unlawful construct.

No. Sorry, that's not true.

The recent Environics Research poll of 2,035 Canadians reported in the
National Post found that 55% support allowing gay and lesbian couples to
marry, while 41% are opposed.

Not true. It's higher than 50%. A recent survey has indicated this. In
fact it was on all the news. There was even something posted on ARW about
this.
Personally, I don't believe in gay marriages since marriage itself is quite
illegal and unethical.
> Only 28% of Canadians want to let sodomites into the ministry.
Sodomites != gays. Sodomites are a superset which include other things that
people are even less comfortable with (ie. bestiality, incest, etc.)

Firstly, that's old. Secondly, it has no basis since it's a poll people
will not answer truthfully. Thirdly, the majority of students at trent
university are GLB (gay, lesbian or bisexual).
