Yes, we do have overall higher crime rates than Japan, but not that much
higher. For example, our murder rate is 6 times higher than Japan (9 vs 1.5
murders per 100,000 population). So having 194 times as many people per
capita in prison for murder than Japan means that our murder incarceration
rate is 32 TIMES higher than we'd expect it to be.
Why? Our court system is obviously doing something very wrong.
95% of the homicides in the US are committed by 21% of the
population--niggers and Mexicans. To conceal this fact, the Bureau of
Justice Statistics includes Mexicans as "Hispanics", who are included in the
"White" category, which makes it appear that Whites commit far more crimes
than they do. When just the homicides committed by niggers and Mexicans are
subtracted, what's left over shows that White Americans commit crimes at a
rate even lower than some European nations.
Not even that explains more than 4% of our high murder incarceration rate,
though.
