I've never said that. Some women can do things that some men cannot. I
look at individuals, not groups. I disagree with tests with
partiality. If a woman can pass a standard test, she should be hired
regardless of her gender.
In any regard, no INDIVIDUAL should be deprived of the right to
succeed based on "averages". Chances are, not one individual hits the
average exactly.
