Had a moron like you been one of the respondents, you could have provided
only one answer, and if you'd provided the additional information about
other church memberships, your response would have been invalidated [read:
thrown out (fortunately)].
For every moron like you who still can't figure out what Christianity is,
even after going through three different churches, there are ten men like
Thomas Jefferson who aren't members of any churches who most likely
understand more about the Holy Bible than all the members of all three of
your churches put together.
Members of Christian churches are counted in two different ways at
http://christianparty.net/christianpopulation.htm
1) Reports from churches themselves--InfoPlease Almanac.
2) Random polls of the American public--the now-discredited Gallup Poll.
Both sources agree that 86% of the American population are members of
Christian churches. The figure reported by the churches is *exactly* like
the figure from independent polls--86%.
There are another 9% on the Gallup Poll whose responses were classified as
"None" or "undesignated". Men like Thomas Jefferson would have been in that
classification. If they are half of these responses, then the percentage of
Americans who are Christians is 90.5%. If they're all of these responses,
then it's 95%. What we can say with certainty is that 86-95% of Americans
are Christians.
Informing this forum that you're "a member of 3 different Christian
Churches" is about as worthless as informing this forum that you had a high
SAT score: it's irrelevant, it's distracting, and nobody believes it
anyway.
Rather than beating your own drum, why don't you inform this forum which you
believe to be the correct figure?
