Gees, I always 'forget' to make the important
point.

It is that the heat flow is continuous, and that
it drives [empowers] the 'quantal' dynamics.

It's a macroscopic instance of the periodicty
that Tapered Harmony attributes to the
SSW<->UES harmonics - alternating local
dominance within a single, one-way, overall
energy flow.

>From Tapered Harmony's perspective, the
'quantal' collapsing of the ice is exactly analogous
to 'atomic' decay, neither case being random, but
resulting from continuous, but local-directionally-
varying-overall-one-way energy flow - a standard
wave dynamic [entirely a wave dynamic - no
"wave/particle duality"].

Examples like this are what's "deluging". These
days, I can't look ant anything without see-
ing the same one-way energy-flow dynamics in
there.

It's the all-permeating nature of WDB2T of course.
