This will not be what it seems - "mind" here will be something like a
change in EEG from alpha to beta activity. Remember the old EEG alpha
biofeedback machines which could be used to drive toy train sets etc.
back in the 60s and 70s? One learns to "control" such activity by
relaxing and not-relaxing. It isn't mind controlled, but behaviour
controlled, albeit not with any EMG activity necessarily.
